Registration Cancellation and Refund policy
Cancellations and refund requests for registration, banquets and tours must be submitted by email to Treasurer by July 20, 2020. Cancellations made by this deadline will receive a full refund, less a $70.00 administration fee. Cancellations made after July 20, 2020, will not receive a refund. No refund requests will be granted for no-shows. Delegate substitutions are not permitted.
Withdrawals: Requests to withdraw an abstract must be made by e-mail to Secretary by July 20, 2020. All accepted abstracts will be published unless the abstract is officially withdrawn by this date.

 

Early bird registration deadline is June 15, 2020
FINAL deadline for all registrations (full, day and tour registrations) is August 15, 2020

Registration and Pre-Conference Tour

Full Conference Registration Fees include: all symposia, all refreshment breaks, Thursday social mixer 6:00-8:00 pm in the Admiral Room, poster sessions 5:00-6:30PM on Friday and Saturday breakfast, and lunch, abstracts fees, and Friday evening banquet at the Imperial Ballroom (https://www.lordnelsonhotel.com)

Day Registration Rates

Day rate price does NOT include the banquet but may be purchased separately ($60 per person). Depending upon the day, price includes any symposia scheduled for that day, Thursday social mixer, Friday or Saturday lunch, and poster session, all refreshment breaks each day. Abstract fees are included in your day registration fees. There are a LIMITED NUMBER OF DAY REGISTRATIONS--REGISTER EARLY!

  • $135.00 for CSHS student members; $175 for non-CSHS students. Note: special student group rates available for 15 or more. Check with the organizers.

  • $200 for regular CSHS members; $260 for the 12th International Vaccinium Symposium delegates; $290 for non-CSHS members.

Pre-Conference Tour (Optional Registrations): An optional registration is offered for a pre-conference tour in the Annapolis Valley. The tour will showcase grape production and vineyards, cannabis and organic production facilities.
Pre-conference tour fee: $65 per person, includes box lunch. Deadline for registration: August 15, 2020
